All services are subject to availability and separate service agreements or proposals.

4. Studio Partner Network
CPH works with independent recording studios and production partners throughout Southern California and other regions.
While we coordinate and recommend partner studios, CPH is not responsible for:
- Studio availability
- Facility policies
- Studio scheduling conflicts
- Actions or omissions of independent partner facilities
Clients may be required to enter separate agreements with partner studios.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of their original content.
- CPH retains ownership of its proprietary workflows, templates, production systems, and internal processes.
- CPH may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, websites, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Payments
Project payments, deposits, and balances are governed by individual service agreements.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Final deliverables may be withheld until payment is received in full.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, California Production Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use of this website
- Delays in production
- Third-party service interruptions
- Studio partner issues
- Platform outages
- Loss of data or business opportunities
